个人简介:李梦茹,博士,讲师。主要从事茶叶加工与风味品质研究,探究茶叶中独特风味物质的形成机制与调控技术。在J. Agric. Food Chem.、Food Res. Int.等期刊发表多篇论文。承担本科生《茶叶审评与检验》《茶叶深加工学》以及研究生《现代组学概论》等课程教学工作。 |
